MULTI-PURPOSE BIKE RACKS for SURFBOARDS • BEACH BIKES • SURF RACKS • SKATEBOARDS • FISHING POLES

Tools needed: 2mm & 4mm allen wrench, 10mm wrench

1. Loosen set screws, slide struts to 10 in ( approx. adjust to bike) SEE FIG.1
   
   
2. Attach struts to seat post binder (bolt with nut or quick release
   recommended ) rest rack on rear tire or fender. SEE FIG. 2A & 2B
   
   Attach long strut tube with bungy cord to rack at rear hole
   (side with no pad and at rear eyelet at dropout mount.
   Mount short strut- same side front hole in rack ,
   front eyelet at dropout. SEE FIG. 3A & 3B
   
   
3. Attach 2nd Long strut tube to rack at hole under pad and at
   rear eyelet on dropout (non drive side) under lower rack .
   SEE FIG. 4A, 4B, 4c & 4D
   Lower rack mounts to eyelets on rear dropout (non drive side) over
   concave washer or washers. Use 2 for alignment if necessary and
   over strut tube at rear eyelet . SEE FIG. 4D
   Use 25mm m6 allenhead bolt and concave washer at rear. If needed
   for alignment strut tube mounts at rear eyelet also. SEE FIG 4D
   
   
4. Wedge tail to front of lower rack, hook bungy to rack.
   SEE FIG. 5A & 5B
